Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Doable ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Doable is a task management application available on iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS. Features include task creation and management, scheduling, focus timers, routines, voice-based task capture, AI-assisted planning, and cross-device synchronization. Features may vary between Free and Pro tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Doable. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account and Subscriptions

• Doable offers a free tier with core features and a Pro subscription with additional features.
• Pro subscription is available at $4.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• All subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. User Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you create within Doable, including tasks, projects, routines, notes, and any other data.
• You grant Doable a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality (including display, sync, scheduling, and AI-assisted features).
• Content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync (Pro feature), in your personal iCloud account.
• We do not access, review, or analyze your content for any purpose other than providing the requested feature functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App beyond its intended interface
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

7. Intellectual Property

• Doable and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Doable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
• The Doable name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Doable. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
• The App uses system-provided assets (SF Symbols, system fonts) subject to Apple's licensing terms.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

• Doable includes AI-powered features such as Day Planning, Evening Review, and task extraction from voice input.
• AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
• Voice transcription is processed on-device using WhisperKit. AI planning features utilize cloud processing via Cloudflare Workers as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

9. Privacy

Your use of Doable is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
• DOABLE IS NOT A MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR THERAPEUTIC TOOL. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR ADVICE FOR ADHD, AUTISM, OR ANY OTHER CONDITION. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOABLE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
• You may stop using the App at any time.
• Upon termination, your local data remains on your device. iCloud-synced data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doable regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
